Reverend Alleman has served in ministry at Oak Grove in Paxinos, Bethany in Lebanon and Bethany in Wescosville, for a total of 18 years in a pastoral setting. His passions for ministry are discipleship, evangelism, worship, team building for ministry, prayer and leadership teams, and casting vision.
In a way that only God could arrange, Reverend Alleman has experience with many aspects of our Healthy Church Initiative. He has written a discipleship program in the Wesleyan Tradition. He is experienced in working with a simplified accountable structure like our new Governing Council. Reverend Alleman has led church growth.
He reaches out to the community. He has been active in inner city ministry, including being a board member of the 5 Stones Fight Club, Inc. (5 stones a reference to King David). This is a sports ministry to bring the Gospel to young men between the ages of 16 and 35. Reverend Alleman is a courageous leader who leads from the front lines.
Reverend Alleman answered the call to ministry following a career as an electrician. He and his wife Traci, a registered nurse, have two adult sons. The Alleman’s also enjoy sports, travel, gardening, cooking and other hobbies.
Reverend Alleman and Traci are on fire for the Lord and excited to the call on their lives to Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
Let us welcome them with open hearts, our love, compassion, and our prayers. And let us walk in faith in the words that God has spoken to us.
